We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control once the order has shipped.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Certain products (clearance merchandise or special orders) may be final sale.

a. Agreement to Arbitrate

The arbitration will take place in Pender County, North Carolina, unless both parties agree otherwise.

Disputes will be resolved solely on an individual basis. Class actions, collective arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other users.

c. Exceptions

Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or data misuse issues.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.

You agree that any such legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pender County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is harmful to our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
