Thank you for shopping with LA Grills & Welding, LLC! This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery, and shipping of orders placed through www.lagrillswelding.com (the “Site”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

For custom items once processed build times will begin, each item will have a different build time dependent upon customizations selected.
 

During peak seasons, special promotions, or holidays, processing times may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: Orders placed after  2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, item weight, and delivery method.
We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping rates and available options depend on destination and carrier.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international shipments)

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped, allowing you to monitor delivery in real time.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes (some restrictions apply for oversized items).

All delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of shipdate, please contact us at info@lagrillswelding.com.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We carefully pack all orders to ensure safe delivery, but once an order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not liable for delivery issues outside our control.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  2. Notify us at info@lagrillswelding.com with your order details.

  3. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue wherever possible.

If your order was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local post office, then contact us for help.

8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to get your products to you faster.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to notify you of any major service interruptions.

10. Pre‑Orders or Back‑Orders

If an item is marked as a pre‑order or back‑order:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be stated on the product page.

  • We will notify you if there are changes to availability.

  • Orders combining in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
